PILATES FLOW Level 1 | This class focuses on simple and effective movements for your body to allow you to find stability, mobility, balance strength and freedom in your joints. This class caters for all levels including complete beginners, those working with injuries and those who have done Pilates before that just want to do a more moderate class. You will uncover the basic principles of Pilates as well as focussing on strong fundamental movements that will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and your posture in a safe environment with individual attention. It is a full body conditioning class that is both educational and restorative, not to mention a ball of fun!
PILATES POWER Level 2-3 | is the ultimate movement experience. This class focuses on finding stability and mobility in your body so that you can learn to move efficiently. Learn to flex, extend, rotate and discover strength throughout your entire body. This class is strong and beginners are welcome but we strongly advise that if you have never tried Pilates before or you are working with an injury please try the Pilates Flow class first. Overall this class will help to; strengthen your core, back, arms and legs, improve your posture., increase your flexibility , learn to move efficiently, find stability and mobility in your muscles, joints and connective tissue as well as destressing your body and mind.
GLOW FLOW | HOT is designed to open and de-stress your mind and body in a heated room. An intense warm up prepares you for long, deep stretches to realign, release and revive.If you are feeling stiff, tight, burned out or stressed this class will be the perfect solution. We focus on deep realignment, tailored instruction and correct form as you move through some gorgeous flow sequences. A challenging workout, but with more time to master the building blocks of a great yoga practice. Glow Flow provides a signature calorie burning workout due to the intense heat and with emphasis on deep stretches, vinyasas, correct technique and breath. More experienced yoga aficionados can let go, work deeply and de-stress. Brand newbies or those working with injuries can take advantage of the correction by the teacher to build confidence and skill.

Switch off from the chaos and switch in with soothing music, gentle movement & meditation. This class will transport you to another dimension. You will float away feeling completely revived and recharged. Revive & Recharge Yin stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps you to regulate the body's flow of energy.
BOXILATES is a creative mix between Pilates and Boxing. This class gives you a kickass workout using weighted gloves, complimented with Pilates exercises. There are 2 x types of BOXILATES classes | Boxilates Strength & Boxilates Cardio. Boxilates strength focuses on strength based exercises that work on toning and shaping the body. Boxilates Cardio is all about sweating, burning calories and assisting in fat burning and weight loss.Thanks to the pilates component, you’ll start noticing stronger, longer, and leaner muscles, improved flexibility, better muscle control, and better coordination. If that wasn’t enough, boxing provides you with stronger and more powerful arms, shoulders, and back, and the mental empowerment that comes with knowing how physically strong you are. You are sure to work up a sweat moving to some upbeat tunes.
