BOXERCISE   Ever fell like throwing a punch? Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. This class is super fun and a great way to kick stress out of the body! The class can include anything from shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs to lots of core work and mobility work. Like all our classes this class is for the lads and the gals of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

BOOTCAMP   Build muscle, tone up and become lean and strong. By building lean muscle mass you increase your body’s ability to effectively burn calories in the long term as the extra muscle will raise your metabolism. In this class we use a variety of equipment and weights to use as resistance to build our strength. Your muscles might be feeling worked the next day!

H I I T

PROJECT HIIT  is a fast paced workout that will get the heart rate up! HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy with short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Just because you’re new to fitness doesn’t mean high-intensity interval training isn’t for you. As exercise experts we always focus on proper alignment and good posture. There is a variety of new and interesting exercises in this class, not to mention some awesome kickass tunes!
